We follow the same warranty terms as our partners Atul, Deopiyu, and Rudolf.

In general our clients open LC/TT in favour of the original vendor like Atul/Deopiyu/Rudolf. But in special cases we can handle the whole procurement process like LC/TT transmittal, customs clearance, etc based on a Work Order in local currency.

Usually we don’t keep local stock. However, since we are associated with Noman Group, which has 30+ factories, we always keep a consistent stock for these factories. We can transfer these materials to our customers in emergency cases.

We provide all necessary guidelines to our valuable clients regarding the customs clearance. We keep them posted throughout the shipping process.
